It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like COCKTAILS

  1. Moroccan Style Mini-Meatballs (Aussie Grassfed) with Baba Ghanoush

  2. Shrimp Cocktail with Fire Roasted Tomato Dip

  3. Fresh Ricotta Crostini with Sweet Peas and Mint

3 cocktails:

  1. Jolly Gin Fizz with Wolffer Pink Gin, Lime, Seltzer & Lavender Simple Syrup

  2. Pom Bubbly’s with Mint

  3. Pisco Sour with Meyer Lemon, Rosemary and Seltzer

Jolly Gin Fizz

You will need a shaker



Lavender oil (pure)

Fresh Mint


Lavender Sprigs

Pink Gin (we love Wolffer Estate)

For a serving of 2

2 jiggers of Pink Gin

Juice of ½ lime

1tsp of lavender

Shake over ice

Add seltzer

Have highball glasses filled w/ice ready

Strain and pour

Garnish with fresh mint (rub between fingers to activate)

Wedge of lime & sprig of lavender

Can substitute lavender w/ Elderberry and garnish with a fresh berry if no lavender.

Crustini With Fresh Ricotta & Smashed Peas & Mint

Serves 2-6ppl for snacks or appetizers

Fresh Ricotta cheese

Toasted baguette slices -use about !6 slices

½ bag of frozen sweet peas defrosted and patted dry with paper towels top remove moisture.

4 -5 leaves of mint

Salt & Pepper ( Use The Healthy Dish Salt)

Good olive oil..about a tbls

Mash peas with back of spoon or fork to get a rough consistency.

Slice the mint into fine ribbons and add in at the end.

Take toast and smear small amount of ricotta on, followed by pea mixture repeat.
