Lindz' Bouje Hummus

My friend Jimmy Dean tells me everything I do is "bouje"... now I've got to live up to that expectation. Ha! This hummus is super easy and delicious to make.
First things first... go BUY plain organic hummus.
Sautee a chopped shallot (DO NOT BURN).
Add balsamic glaze to the shallots and drizzle the mixture on the hummus.
BAM - bouje hummus in 5 minutes or less :)
